Joe identifies and implements effective litigation strategies across a range of subject-areas, including securities fraud, shareholder rights, and other complex commercial actions. He has experience litigating in state and federal court on behalf of a diverse client base that includes investors, financial advisors, accountants, and real estate developers. Joe’s experience spans every stage of civil litigation, from investigation through discovery and motion practice to settlement, trial, and appeal. Joe brings a creative and aggressive approach that generates strong results for clients through litigation.
While a student at Rutgers Law School in Newark, Joe helped found the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal, where he was Technology Editor. He also externed with the Better Business Bureau’s National Advertising Division, an alternative dispute resolution forum for major national advertisers. There, Joe assisted attorneys in evaluating evidence supporting advertising claims, interpreting FTC guidance on legal issues related to advertising and consumer protection, and drafting decisions. Joe effectively leverages his diverse experience to advocate intelligently on behalf of his clients.
