RKS is seeking 2020-2021 law school graduates to join our team in midtown Manhattan or northern New Jersey. RKS is a premier litigation boutique dedicated to serving the investment management industry. Our clients include hedge and other investment funds, private equity, and alternative investment managers. We focus on direct action federal and state securities cases, shareholder and creditors’ rights actions, and M&A and valuation related litigation, on the plaintiff and defense side. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superior analytical, research and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and client service, a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, and a desire to achieve. Federal securities laws, fiduciary duty law, and/or financial industry knowledge helpful but not required. Base salary $200,000-$225,000 depending on year. RKS is an equal opportunity employer.
